Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and solution-oriented

• Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and account information while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings

• Enter and update customer data accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications

• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions or referrals

• Handle cash transactions or payment processing with accuracy and integrity when required

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions through clear documentation

Experience

• Previous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!

• Strong communication skills in English; abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; comfort using computers for data entry and analysis

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of sales techniques, outbound calling strategies, and call center best practices is advantageous

• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally

• Experience with cash handling or transaction processing is a bonus but not mandatory

Pay: $4,036.95 - $5,850.95 per hour
