Beginner Tax Preparer – 1099 Tax Professional

Tham Tax Solutions is expanding and looking for motivated individuals interested in becoming professional tax preparers. This opportunity is designed for beginners who want to learn the tax preparation business, gain hands-on experience, and build their skills in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

As a Tax Preparer, you will work with clients to gather tax information, complete accurate tax returns using our tax preparation system, maintain required documentation, and submit completed returns through our established office workflow. Preparers will receive training, guidance, resources, and ongoing support throughout tax season.

No previous professional tax-preparation experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable working independently, and serious about building a career or seasonal business in tax preparation.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Tax preparers are responsible for completing required training and maintaining compliance with applicable tax-preparation requirements. Compensation is based on completed returns according to the company’s preparer agreement.
