What You’ll Do

• Learn and apply financial strategies based on client goals and needs
• Educate individuals, families, and business owners on retirement planning, protection strategies, and long-term financial planning
• Build and maintain professional client relationships with guidance and mentorship
• Participate in ongoing training, development, and collaborative team support
• Use technology tools to support client communication, organization, and follow-up
• Grow professionally with opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership development

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to professional growth
• Interest in finance, education, or client-facing work
• Values flexibility, accountability, and meaningful impact
• Comfortable learning new systems, outreach strategies, and relationship-building skills
• No prior financial industry experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Additional Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Remote (U.S. only)
• 1–40 hours per week
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we guide you through it)
