Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Marketing & Content Associate to join our team. In this role, you will bring our brand to life both online and in-store. You’ll assist with end-to-end influencer partnerships, create engaging social content, and design eye-catching signage and banners for our physical shops.
No formal marketing experience required - if you have a strong creative eye, great communication skills, a knack for social media, and a passion for visual design, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
- Identify and reach out to creators, influencers, and brand partners.
- Coordinate campaign workflows: manage product send-outs, brief creators, and track posting schedules.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with creator partners and track campaign results.
Content Creation & Social Media:
- Plan, film, and edit engaging mobile-first video and photo content for social channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook).
- Keep up with viral trends, trending audio, and visual styles to keep our brand fresh.
Retail Signage & Store Banners:
- Design eye-catching print signage, window banners, posters, and promotional displays for our retail stores.
- Coordinate with local printers to ensure print assets are produced and delivered on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative Eye: A natural feel for aesthetic content, layout, and visual presentation.
- Social & Influencer Savvy: Familiarity with social media trends and how brand-creator partnerships work.
- Design Basics: Comfort using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software.
- Communication: Clear, friendly written and verbal skills for reaching out to creators and collaborating with team members.
- Can-Do Attitude: High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn on the job.
