Entry Level Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will represent our brand, drive business growth through client outreach, and build lasting customer relationships. This paid position offers hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) and retail sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach and lead generation within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines and track lead activity using CRM software.
• Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients virtually and in person.
• Assist in negotiating terms and closing sales to meet designated targets.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory strategies and participate in ongoing skills training.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to learn B2B sales strategies, lead generation, and territory management.
• Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or a strong aptitude for learning sales systems.
• Ability to manage both inside sales (outreach/calls) and outside sales activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Pay: $29.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
