ABOUT NETDYNAMIC CONSULTING AND ATS360
NetDynamic Consulting Inc. is an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner. ATS360 is our HR technology product, built on NetSuite and used by organizations to run applicant tracking and adjacent HR workflows.
We are a small, fast-moving team. This role sits close to the product: you will see what ships, what breaks, and what clients actually struggle with, and your work will shape all three.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and highly organized person with strong functional testing, documentation and communication skills.
You will test the product from an end-user perspective, document what you find clearly, keep our guides and release notes current, and help clients when something does not behave the way they expect. A technical background or experience with SaaS, ATS or HR technology is an asset, but not required.
Key responsibilities
FUNCTIONAL TESTING & QA
- Test web application features from a user and business perspective.
- Identify functional issues, inconsistencies and usability problems.
- Create clear test scenarios, test cases, expected results and regression checklists, and execute them.
- Validate features against requirements through end-to-end business workflows, including User Acceptance Testing.
- Notice the small things: UI, workflow, data and configuration issues that are easy to walk past.
ISSUE IDENTIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION
- Document bugs so they can be acted on without a follow-up conversation: steps to reproduce, expected versus actual results, screenshots and relevant detail.
- Investigate an issue, spot the pattern, ask the right questions, and determine whether it is a bug, a configuration issue or a user misunderstanding.
- Track open issues through to resolution.
PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION
- Create and maintain user guides, testing documentation, release notes, process documentation and knowledge-base content.
- Learn ATS360 workflows, features, configurations and client use cases quickly, and keep that knowledge written down rather than in your head.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Take client questions, identify the underlying issue, and communicate the solution clearly.
- Bring a troubleshooting mindset: reproduce first, assume nothing, explain plainly.
- Feed recurring client questions back into documentation so the next client does not have to ask.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Work with Product, Development, Implementation and Customer Success.
- Manage multiple testing, documentation and support tasks at once without losing track of open items.
Required qualifications
- Experience in functional testing, QA, product support or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, with clients and internal teams alike.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of documenting what you find.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: able to investigate rather than escalate immediately.
- Organized and able to follow through on open items across several workstreams.
- Able to understand business workflows and test software the way a real user would.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SaaS, ATS, HRIS or HR technology products.
- Familiarity with web applications, browsers, APIs, databases, HTML or software testing tools.
- Experience producing user guides, release notes or knowledge-base articles.
- Experience working directly with clients on product issues.
Coding experience is not required for this role.

What success looks like
- Issues are caught before clients find them.

- Documentation stays current with what actually shipped.
- Clients get a clear answer quickly, and recurring questions stop recurring.
- Product knowledge lives in the knowledge base, not in one person’s head.
