Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking 7–10 motivated leaders and future professionals to join our expanding team.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and long-term needs
• Educate clients on insurance, investment, and mortgage solutions tailored to their financial situation
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout the client experience
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate strategies and products
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Participate in hands-on training, mentorship programs, and leadership development workshops
• Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve personal and team performance goals
• Continuously develop professional knowledge in financial services, sales, and client management
