About the Role

Electric Pen is looking for a talented Presentation and Visual Designer who can transform complex information into clear, compelling visual stories.

In this role, you’ll create dynamic, high-impact presentations in close collaboration with our creative and account services teams. Your work will range from executive-level presentations and client communications to high-profile keynote events, industry conferences, and leadership summits.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great presentation design is about more than making slides look good. You’ll help shape information into thoughtful visual narratives that engage audiences, support strategic goals, and reflect our promise of delivering dramatic results without the drama.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce polished, high-quality presentations, primarily in PowerPoint.
• Transform complex, technical, or abstract information into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop design approaches that effectively communicate client messages.
• Create presentation materials for executive audiences, keynote events, conferences, leadership meetings, and other high-visibility settings.
• Work with clients, senior stakeholders, speakers, and event teams to develop cohesive visual narratives and presentation frameworks.
• Ensure presentation designs align with client brand standards, objectives, and expectations.
• Adapt presentations for live, virtual, and hybrid environments.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of presentation design processes, templates, and standards.
• Stay current on presentation design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional design experience, with significant experience in presentation design; agency experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and overall design craft.
• Experience designing executive communications, keynote presentations, or other high-visibility presentations strongly preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
