Business Analyst /system designer (IRT)

Job Summary

A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking an experienced IRT System Designer II for an urgent, high-visibility role. This remote-friendly opportunity allows you to lead Interactive Response Technology (IRT/IWRS/RTSM) study activities from initial system build through study closure without a steep learning curve.

salary: $39.00 - 44.53 per hour

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update comprehensive IRT specification requirements documentation for clinical trials.
• Lead end-to-end project management of IRT systems across the full study lifecycle from build to closure.
• Write detailed IRT system test scripts and facilitate/lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
• Represent the IRT function on cross-functional study teams, managing competing priorities across multiple active assignments.
• Ensure system designs comply with ICH/GCP guidelines, protocol requirements, and clinical data standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of dedicated IRT/IWRS/RTSM experience (or 2+ years coming directly from an IRT Vendor).
• Biopharmaceutical or clinical research background with solid knowledge of ICH/GCP practices.
• Proven hands-on experience drafting IRT specification documents and leading UAT execution.

Preferred

• PMP certification.
• General knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and technical system integrations.
