As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our remote team and support our marketing and digital content activities.

Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is creative, organized, and interested in the tourism and travel industry.

The ideal candidate will support our social media, content creation, email marketing, website updates, and other marketing activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Reels, posters, captions, and other travel marketing materials
• Plan and schedule social media posts
• Assist with managing email marketing campaigns
• Monitor content performance and help improve engagement
• Maintain and update the client database
• Update website content, including posters, videos, and other marketing materials
• Support other marketing tasks, campaigns, and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut
• Basic knowledge of WordPress for updating website posters, videos, and other marketing content
• Good written English and communication skills
• Familiar with email marketing and social media scheduling tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Creative and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus

Salary

PHP 18,000 per month

Salary increases to PHP 20,000 per month after successfully completing the 3-month probation period.
