I am looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable part-time Executive & Legal Assistant to work directly with me, the firm’s founder.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a flexible, long-term part-time position and enjoys working closely with an attorney/entrepreneur rather than in a large, bureaucratic organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, discreet, and exceptionally organized. I am looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, keep track of details, follow up without being reminded, and make my professional and personal life easier.

- Chief of Staff
- Administrative professional supporting an attorney, executive, entrepreneur, or other professional
I’m more interested in judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through than a particular job title.
Hours & Compensation
- 8–12 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Some availability during Eastern Time business hours is strongly preferred
- $25–$40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Exceptional candidates may be considered above this range

Candidates may be located anywhere, provided they have excellent English communication skills and reliable availability.
Important
This is not a high-volume virtual assistant or call-center position.
You will work directly with the founder and will have meaningful responsibility for keeping professional, business-development, and personal matters organized.
You will also have access to confidential legal, business, financial, and personal information. Discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and information security are essential.
