• Conduct client consultations, explaining policy features and benefits clearly and confidently
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions
• Negotiate policy terms with clients to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions accurately
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes related to life insurance
• Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients in both English and multilingual contexts (bilingual skills are a plus)
• Proven ability in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments with a focus on client communication and relationship building

• Knowledge of life insurance products
