Scientific Global Product Leader, Advanced Staining Reagents

For our client, we are seeking a Scientific Global Product Leader, Advanced Staining Reagents to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape the strategy and lifecycle for advanced diagnostic products at the intersection of science, clinical development, and commercial execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bring compliant, evidence-backed solutions from concept through launch in a highly regulated environment. The position also requires strong influence across scientific and commercial teams to support market readiness and long-term product success.

Location: Newark, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,000 – $260,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for AI-enabled diagnostic assays
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions
• Support evidence generation and market access strategies
• Engage stakeholders to shape product strategy and launch plans

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PharmaD, PhD) required
• In-depth knowledge of CDx development, AI diagnostics, and digital pathology
• Strong blend of scientific expertise and commercial acumen
• Proven experience in product management or clinical development within life sciences
• Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills across diverse teams
