Entry Level or Senior Accountant

Bronder & Company, P.C., a CPA firm located in the RIDC Park near Fox Chapel, is seeking an energetic, CPA or CPA candidate to join us. Our firm, which was established over 30 years ago, focuses its practice on the construction and real estate industries, performing audits, reviews, and compilations; income tax preparation, planning and consulting services; forensic accounting, litigation support and expert witness services; and other specialty consulting services.

We believe that a good balance of work and personal life is important. Between mid-April and mid-January, we generally work 40 hours per week from Monday - Friday. We have the ability to work remotely, and we work remotely on weekends in busy season. With adequate training and experience, additional remote work is negotiable. In addition to our full-time positions, we also off a flexible role for those who may wish to work part-time. Our office is located in a comfortable, suburban building that includes free parking and easy access to Route 28 and the PA Turnpike. Additionally, we have low employee turnover, and we offer the opportunity to work with experienced professionals who are long-term members of our firm.

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with the minimum credits required to sit for the CPA exam

· Senior level requires minimum three years of experience in public accounting performing audits, reviews, and compilations

· Licensed as a CPA, or candidate to become a CPA

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent computer skills

Our compensation package is competitive and includes salary, bonus, annual compensation reviews, medical insurance, retirement plan with employer contributions and generous paid time off. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
