Responsibilities

• Provide personalized travel planning and consultation to clients, including destination suggestions and activity recommendations
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements using reservation systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Manage travel schedules and coordinate multiple reservations to ensure seamless trip experiences
• Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, hotel options, and destination information to offer accurate advice
• Utilize reservation systems and booking platforms efficiently while maintaining detailed client records
• Assist clients with changes or cancellations to their itineraries while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

• Experience working remotely in a sales or customer service environment is highly preferred
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of travel scheduling, planning, and reservation systems such as GDS platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, and hospitality services
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and client interactions effectively
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology tools and stay organized in a virtual workspace
• Previous experience with hotel or hospitality roles is advantageous but not required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Computer/Laptop and reliable internet a must
