Sheepdog Roofing is a locally owned roofing company serving Central Florida, including Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Sorrento, Apopka, and Zellwood. We handle roof replacements, repairs, and inspections. Our crews do the work right, and our name stands behind it.

The Role
We’re looking for driven people who want to build a career in sales. No sales or roofing experience is needed, because we’ll teach you. If you’re competitive, coachable, and comfortable talking to people, you can earn well here.

This is a commission plus weekly pay position. You build your own business. Door knocking is one part of it, but your network is just as valuable. The best reps generate leads everywhere they go: realtors, insurance agents, property managers, family, friends, church, gyms, local businesses, and community events. Every homeowner you know is a potential customer or referral. Company leads are passed to reps when available, but your income comes mainly from the relationships you build.

What You’ll Do

• Generate your own leads through door knocking, networking, and referrals
• Build referral partnerships with realtors, insurance agents, and property managers
• Use your personal and community network (family, friends, church, local groups) to find homeowners who need help
• Inspect roofs and document their condition with photos
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Close sales and get contracts signed
• Stay in contact with the homeowner from signing to completion, and ask for referrals
• Track leads and appointments in our CRM

What We Provide

• Uncapped commission: Typically over $1000/ roof

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone
• Outgoing personality and enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs (we’ll train you)
• Self-motivated and able to handle rejection
• Strong work ethic and willingness to prospect consistently
• Lives in or near Lake, Orange, or Seminole County

Compensation
Commission and weekly pay: Your income depends on your effort.
