Job Description
A & D Asset Group Ltd | Manchester / Remote UK
Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity
We are a growing serviced accommodation and property company looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Property Operations & Executive Assistant.
This is more than a standard PA or VA role.
You will work closely with the company directors as a trusted right-hand person, helping us manage our schedules, property acquisitions, team and day-to-day business operations.
As the company grows, we want this person to grow with us and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Support
- Manage directors’ calendars, meetings and appointments.
- Organise daily/weekly priorities and important reminders.
- Schedule landlord calls, meetings and property appointments.
- Take meeting notes and ensure actions are followed up.
- Keep track of important deadlines and outstanding tasks.
- Follow up with people on behalf of the directors.
Property Acquisitions
- Work from our own internal property acquisition platform.
- Review and qualify potential property opportunities.
- Contact landlords and letting agents.
- Confidently explain our company-let / serviced accommodation model.
- Build and maintain landlord and agent relationships.
- Handle initial questions and objections.
- Follow up leads and negotiate within agreed guidelines.
- Arrange viewings and meetings.
- Keep our acquisition pipeline organised and up to date.
- Present strong opportunities to the directors for final decisions.
You will NOT be required to manually source properties from Rightmove, OpenRent or similar platforms. Our internal software provides the opportunities for you to work from.
Operations & Team Management
- Act as a link between the directors and our operational team.
- Help oversee our Guest Operations VA.
- Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance when required.
- Make sure outstanding issues and tasks are followed through.
- Communicate with landlords, agents, contractors and partners.
- Step in and keep operations moving when the directors are unavailable.
- Escalate important decisions to the directors when necessary.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you’re:
- Extremely organised and reliable.
- Proactive — you don’t need to be constantly chased.
- Confident speaking to landlords and agents.
- A strong communicator over phone, email and messaging.
- Comfortable negotiating and handling objections.
- Good at managing people and holding others accountable.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems.
- A natural problem solver who takes ownership.
- Professional enough to represent our company without constant supervision.
Experience in UK property, lettings, serviced accommodation, property management or property acquisitions is highly desirable.
The Person We Want
We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions.
We want someone who can recognise what needs to be done, take ownership and make sure it gets completed.
If a landlord needs chasing, a meeting needs arranging, a maintenance issue hasn’t been resolved or a member of the team needs support, we want someone who can take initiative and keep things moving.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone we can trust to help run the business when we’re not available.
Opportunity
This will initially be a part-time position with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role.
For the right person, there is significant potential to grow into a senior position across operations, property acquisitions and team management as our portfolio and company expand.
To apply: Send your CV along with a short introduction explaining your experience in property, operations or executive support and why you think you’d be suited to the role.
Pay: From £600.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
