We are looking for motivated, coachable, and career-minded individuals to join our growing team as Life Insurance Agents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in financial services, personal development, and helping families protect the people and things that matter most.

No prior insurance or financial services experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and guidance to help qualified candidates obtain the required insurance license and develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
• Learn about clients’ financial protection needs and goals
• Educate clients about life insurance and related financial protection strategies
• Help clients explore insurance solutions that may fit their individual needs
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Continue developing your knowledge of insurance and financial services

What We’re Looking For

• No previous insurance experience required
• Must be willing to obtain the required state insurance license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable communicating with clients virtually and/or in person
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete required licensing and background-check requirements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
