This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with clients and want to build a career in insurance. You will guide clients through health insurance options, explain plan benefits, and help them make informed choices. Success comes from being consistent, professional, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Speak with individuals regarding health insurance plan options
• Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and estimated costs
• Assist clients during the plan selection process
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Health & Life Insurance License
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Schedule

• Independent contractor (1099) role
• Commission-based compensation with potential bonus opportunities
• Full-time schedule with flexible hours

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
