About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Graphic Designers to contribute their creative and design expertise to a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will use your professional graphic design knowledge to create, review, and improve visual content. You will work with project guidelines, provide design feedback, and contribute high-quality creative outputs that can be used to evaluate and improve AI-generated work.

No prior AI or machine learning experience is required. Your professional graphic design expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets based on provided guidelines and brand requirements.
• Develop digital graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual content for different applications.
• Review and evaluate existing graphic designs and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement in visual composition, usability, consistency, and overall design quality.
• Document design decisions, creative approaches, and the reasoning behind design choices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
• Participate in feedback and revision cycles to improve design outputs.
• Ensure visual assets meet quality, consistency, and project requirements.
• Organize design files and deliverables for efficient handoff and future use.
• Work independently while managing multiple design assignments and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles, including typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent software.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
• Ability to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive design feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work.
• Experience in digital design, branding, print design, marketing creatives, illustrations, or related areas.
• Experience working with design systems, brand guidelines, or established visual standards.
• Understanding of current graphic design trends and visual storytelling.
• Experience participating in design reviews or collaborative creative workflows.
• Experience managing multiple design projects or deliverables simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or AI-assisted design workflows is a plus, but not required.

You will contribute your real-world graphic design expertise to help assess and improve visual outputs for an AI-focused project. The work involves creating, reviewing, critiquing, and refining graphic content according to project requirements.

Compensation

$35–$105/hour, depending on expertise, experience, and project requirements.
