Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs

• Educate clients about available insurance solutions

• Explain coverage, benefits, and policy options

• Develop and maintain professional client relationships

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Complete required licensing and training

• Maintain accurate client and activity records

• Work toward individual professional and sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and reliable

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong organization and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working remotely

• Willingness to complete the required provincial insurance licensing

• Willingness to learn and adopt new technology

• Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, financial services, or business development is an asset

Pay: $44,100.00-$76,000.00 per year
