• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products and benefits.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions across health, life, property, and casualty insurance sectors.
• Conduct client consultations to explain policy options, coverage details, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and insurance regulation compliance.
• Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client information efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and expand outreach efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products including investment, mortgage and benefits administration to provide accurate information.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential.
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client populations effectively.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM system proficiency enhances your ability to manage client relationships smoothly.
• Knowledge of insurance products such as life insurance, and related regulations is a plus but can be learned on the job.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are critical for client interactions and team collaboration.
