Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and ongoing service
- Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Maintain accurate records and stay current on industry regulations and products
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable with sales conversations and building rapport with new people
- State life insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one — we can help guide you through this process)
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
