This is a hands-on engineering role for builders who thrive in fast-moving environments. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications supporting client and deal management workflows
• Build modern full-stack solutions from frontend through backend services and data platforms
• Integrate generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation capabilities into business applications
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and data-driven solutions
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and rapidly deliver innovative solutions
• Build proof-of-concepts and transform them into enterprise-grade applications
• Leverage Snowflake and modern data architectures to power analytics and AI experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to solve complex problems
• Drive innovation through experimentation, continuous learning, and adoption of emerging technologies

Required Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Java development experience
• Experience building full-stack enterprise applications
• Experience working with Snowflake and large-scale data environments
• Experience developing AI-enabled, machine learning, or Generative AI applications
• Strong understanding of API development, system integration, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience developing scalable, production-grade solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services
• Knowledge of client lifecycle management, CRM, deal management, or front-office workflows
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agents
• Experience working in innovation labs, incubators, or rapid-delivery engineering teams
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and data engineering principles
