Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Identity Support Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, customer-facing communication abilities, and experience supporting enterprise customers in resolving complex identity and access management challenges.

The role involves managing critical identity incidents, troubleshooting authentication issues, and providing technical guidance on Microsoft Entra ID best practices in enterprise cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer-reported issues related to Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Identity services.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity synchronization issues.
• Lead Sev1/Sev2 incident investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams for complex issue resolution and escalations.
• Provide best practice recommendations on identity security, governance, and access management.
• Drive end-to-end case ownership with proactive customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Support enterprise customers in a 24x7 rotational support environment.
