Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation(RAG), MLOps, and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI/ML applications and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using modern machine learning techniques and frameworks.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines.
• Develop scalable ML models and deploy them in production environments.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and automation.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models for various use cases.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI/ML Engineering
• Hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)/ Vertex Ai /Gemini/ADK
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Strong knowledge of MLOps/GCP
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow
• Good understanding of model deployment and cloud-based ML workflows
• Experience with vector databases and prompt engineering is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Generative AI applications
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
