Personal Finance & Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)

fully remote - preferrable PST hours

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional who enjoys keeping finances organized and accurate? We are seeking a trustworthy and experienced Personal Finance & Accounting Assistant to support an individual with personal financial recordkeeping and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile personal bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Track, classify, and monitor income, expenses, and recurring payments.
• Prepare organized financial records and reports for tax and accounting purposes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.

Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preferred).
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

$55-60/hr depending on experience
