Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions across enterprise technology platforms
    • Apply GenAI and Agentic AI to automate business and IT processes
    • Support and troubleshoot critical enterprise applications
    • Manage incidents, service requests, monitoring, and application issues
    • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely solutions
    • Contribute to application support best practices and continuous improvement
    • Work independently and contribute as an SME
    • Participate actively in technical discussions and solution development
    • Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
