Location: Hybrid (Remote / Office)
Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Contract Length: Minimum 3-month contract, followed by month-to-month extension opportunities. Potential to transition into a full-time position.
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated developer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking for a role with the potential to become full-time.

Reporting directly to the Vice President and CEO, the successful candidate will work on a variety of development projects, contribute to ongoing system improvements, and support business initiatives through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Assist with system integrations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as required.
• Work independently while providing regular project updates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of software development experience.
• Salesforce Programming experience and knowledge, along with AI Integrations within SF and Microsoft Suites
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and development frameworks.
• Experience with web application development and database technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
