High-Ticket Sales Partner — Marketing & AI Automation

€500 per closed client + 10% ongoing commission

Can you generate your own leads, build relationships with business owners, and turn conversations into paying clients?

At Expert Success, we’re looking for experienced sales professionals to sell our marketing campaigns and AI automation solutions. We help businesses attract customers, follow up with leads, and automate time-consuming work.

We want to build long-term partnerships with sales professionals who take ownership of the entire sales process.

Your role

• Find and approach businesses that fit our services.
• Generate and qualify your own leads.
• Run discovery calls and identify business needs.
• Present the right solution, follow up, and close the deal.
• Coordinate a clear handover to our delivery team.

Your commission

This is a commission-based opportunity:

• €500 for each new client you close.
• 10% ongoing commission on that client’s fees for as long as they remain a paying customer.

Build a strong client portfolio and grow your recurring commission alongside your new sales.

Who we’re looking for

You have experience selling high-ticket B2B services, ideally in marketing, agency services, software, or AI automation. You’re comfortable prospecting and closing, manage your pipeline consistently, and sell through trust and clear business value.

We’re looking for someone who values lasting client relationships and wants to grow with us.
