The Role: Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves turning ideas into real, working products. In this role, you’ll be at the center of everything, designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end applications that users actually enjoy using.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build end-to-end applications using modern tools (React on the front end, Node.js on the back end)
• Design and develop APIs that are reliable, scalable, and efficient
• Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to create intuitive user experiences
• Optimize performance to ensure applications are fast, secure, and scalable
• Test and debug across the stack (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
• Write clean, maintainable code using best practices and modern tooling
• Leverage AI-first tools like Cursor and Antigravity to enhance development workflows
• Keep learning for we move fast, and so does the tech world

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong skills in JavaScript, especially React and Node.js
• Experience with databases like MongoDB
• Familiarity with GCP (a bonus, not a must)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (like Cursor)
• A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
