Position: Java Backend Developer
Experience: 12-15 years
Location: New York, NY (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ months
Key Skills And Responsibilities Strong expertise in Core Java programming and backend development.
Solid experience with algorithms and data structures, ensuring optimized and efficient solutions.
Proficiency in developing high-performance, scalable backend systems.
Hands-on experience in multithreading, JVM internals, and memory management.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful web services.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work independently, and mentor junior developers.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on designing efficient and scalable systems.
