Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing national firm, is seeking an Legal Executive Assistant to join their team.
You will act as a trusted liaison for senior leaders, anticipating needs and managing complex schedules while ensuring seamless communication both internally and with clients.
Varied responsibilities, including, overseeing executive inboxes with precision, preparing correspondence and presentations, coordinating travel and events, managing expenses, and supporting business development initiatives such as marketing, social media, and CRM updates.
The ideal candidate will have strong inbox and calendar management skills, experience working directly with clients and attorneys, excellent judgment, and a solid understanding of law firm operations and legal workflows.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential, along with strong writing skills, comfort adapting to new technologies, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
