Job Summary
We are looking for a Healthcare Analyst – AI Trainer who can deliver practical training in healthcare analytics, Artificial Intelligence, healthcare data, and AI-powered tools. The candidate will train Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Clinical Research students/professionals and help them develop job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline training sessions on Healthcare Analytics & AI in Healthcare.
• Train students on practical applications of AI tools in healthcare and clinical research.
• Explain healthcare data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and visualization.
• Introduce learners to AI applications in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, and Healthcare Operations.
• Demonstrate AI tools used for research, documentation, data analysis, literature review, and productivity.
• Develop training materials, presentations, practical assignments, case studies, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on exercises and real-world healthcare/clinical research scenarios.
• Guide students in preparing for healthcare analyst and AI-related career opportunities.
• Conduct mock interviews and support students with industry-oriented skills.
• Stay updated with emerging Generative AI, Healthcare AI, Data Analytics, and automation tools.
• Maintain student attendance, performance records, and training feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Healthcare / Life Sciences / Clinical Research.
• Understanding of Healthcare Analytics and Data Analytics.
• Good knowledge of AI and Generative AI tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AI research tools, Excel, Power BI/Tableau will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of healthcare data, reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Candidates with relevant AI/Healthcare Analytics certifications are preferred.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, Clinical Research, Healthcare IT, Data Analytics, AI training, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical knowledge and excellent training skills may also be considered.
