AI Agent Developer - GoHighLevel + n8n + Prompt Engineering

ABOUT US

We’re a fast-growing UK company building AI agents that re-engage leads and book appointments for businesses in home improvement, finance and real estate. We need a dedicated developer to own the build and delivery of our client AI systems. This is a long-term, full-time remote role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build and launch AI conversational agents inside GoHighLevel (workflows, Conversation AI, custom fields, calendars, pipelines)

Write, test and refine agent prompts that qualify leads and book appointments

Build automations and integrations in n8n

Connect client CRMs to GHL via API and webhooks

Get new clients live in days, not weeks

MUST HAVE

2+ years building in GoHighLevel, with live examples

Strong prompt engineering skills, with AI agents you’ve built that hold real conversations

n8n experience

Familiar with connecting to CRMs via API

Strong written English

At least 4 hours a day overlapping with UK working hours

PAY

USD 2,000-3,000 per month depending on experience (full-time, remote contractor).

IMPORTANT

Technical jargon will not score you points. We value people who can explain things in simple terms.

HIRING PROCESS

Stage 1 - Custom Loom (max 3 minutes), recorded specifically for this job. Generic or reused Looms will be rejected. In it: a) start by saying “Re-engage the dead leads” so we know it’s made for us, b) walk through an AI agent you’ve built, explained simply, c) tell us how you’d build an SMS agent in GHL that texts old leads, qualifies them and books them into a calendar.

Stage 2 - Interview: short video call with shortlisted candidates.

Stage 3 - Final test: final candidates build an AI agent for a real company brief. SMS preferred, hosted web agent accepted. The best agent wins the role.
