Role Overview

ConnexR is looking for a hunter-focused Business Development Manager to drive new-logo acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across global markets. The role will focus on developing business through direct enterprise clients, large System Integrators (SIs), consulting firms, and technology partners, across both IT services and AI-led solutions.

We are looking for someone who can open doors, build executive relationships, identify opportunities, develop qualified pipeline, and convert relationships into signed business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquire new enterprise clients and drive quarterly and annual revenue growth.
2. Build relationships with direct client logos, large SIs, consulting firms, and strategic technology partners.
3. Connect with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, technology leaders, procurement, vendor management, and other enterprise decision-makers.
4. Generate opportunities through existing networks, account hunting, referrals, partnerships, outbound, events, RFIs, and RFPs.
5. Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → MSA/SOW → closure → expansion.
6. Develop SI opportunities across subcontracting, staff augmentation, project delivery, managed services/capacity, co-selling, and joint GTM.
7. Work with presales, solution architects, delivery, and leadership to develop relevant client solutions.
8. Maintain a strong qualified pipeline, CRM discipline, forecasting, and account-growth plans.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting / AI Services business development or enterprise sales.
2. Strong track record in new-logo hunting, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
3. Experience building business with direct enterprise clients and/or large System Integrators.
4. Strong professional network and ability to establish new executive-level relationships.
5. Experience selling across the US, India, GCC, APAC, or other international markets.
6. Good understanding of modern IT, Cloud, Data, Digital, Managed Services, and AI solutions.
7. Experience with enterprise sales cycles, RFIs/RFPs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor onboarding, negotiation, and closure.
8. Strong communication, relationship-building, commercial negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
