Business Planning Manager (Commercial Finance Manager)

On behalf of our client, an international FMCG company we are currently seeking a candidate for position of Business Planning Manager (Commercial Finance Manager), Ukraine

Responsibilities:

Analysis of Market composition by category, sizing, forecast of evolution 

Fiscal modeling of Tax evolution and impacts 

Monitoring of Share of Market, identifying drivers 

Analysis and insight to Pricing alternatives, competitive analysis 

Revenue forecasting and financial analysis by driver 

Regular Management Team updates

Requirements:

University degree in Financial Management / Economics / Business Administration / Mathematics

Minimum 6 years of general business experience, including cross-functional roles in Senior

Finance positions and previous experience in managing people on a Senior specialist / Manager level 

Experience in Demand planning, Competitive and Pricing analysis, Revenue Forecasting and Reporting. Preferably in FMCG multinational companies

Personally lead and conducted preparation of business cases for new product launches, assessment of business development opportunities 

Understanding of company P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and their interconnection

English: fluent; Ukrainian: fluent

Abilities

Ad-hoc analysis and modeling in highly ambiguous environment

Connecting multiple sources of information and generating insights for complete assessment

Clear and concise communication, sound storytelling and ppt skills

Soft Skills

Strong prioritization and time-management skills during peak business periods 

Comfort and fluency with senior stakeholders

Curiosity and high learning capacity
