Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) with core implementation exp /NOC & incident management
Purpose
Provide operational support for Core IP/MPLS, Routing, Switching, and backbone infrastructure within the NOC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor backbone network health and performance.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, MPLS, and transport issues.
- Manage incidents and participate in outage bridges.
- Coordinate with field operations, engineering, and vendors.
- Perform network validations after changes and maintenance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
- MPLS and Core Network concepts.
- NOC Operations and Incident Management.
- Network monitoring tools
