**** HOURLY RATE - $30 - $35 per hour + Uncapped Commision ****

Based in Strathfield, 2135 and Sydney CBD, 2000

About the Role:

Provide a high level of customer service, meet & exceed daily sales targets. This opportunity to work with a great team in an awesome growing company, with career development potential.

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations - opening and closing of the store
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Assisting with general inquiries and leads
• Assist with maintenance of stockroom tidiness and cleanliness
• Assist with packing and delivering orders

Client Relationship Management:

• Measuring and Customizing tailored garments for customers
• Clientele building, driving client repurchase rates & cross-sales
• Provide after-sales service to build client rapport
• Assist customers and VIP clients

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Experience in luxury retail, sales & clientele building advantageous
• Commercial awareness of the latest luxury fashion trends
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as well as part of a team
• Proficient with computers
• Must have a valid drivers license and know how to drive
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
