Grant & Funding Research Assistant - Volunteer Opportunity

Job Summary

Starr Prepp is a community organization providing free resources and support to students K-12 and families in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a volunteer Grant & Funding Research Assistant to help us grow our reach and better serve the families who need us. This is a real role with real responsibility. We’re a small, fast-moving organization that is looking to build our team.

Responsibilities

• Research grant opportunities relevant to our mission and programs
• Research fiscal sponsors and funding pathways and compile, clear summaries
• Organize findings in an easy to reference
• Flag for opportunities worth pursuing
• Strong research and organization skills with attention to detail

This role is UNPAID and volunteer-based. In exchange, we offer:
