About the Role

We are seeking an articulate, globally-minded, and tech-savvy AI Trainer to work with international students and global learners. In this role, you will help shape how next-generation artificial intelligence models understand diverse cultural contexts, localized expressions, and global academic standards. You will guide student cohorts or evaluate model outputs through a cross-cultural lens, ensuring AI systems become accurate, safe, and universally helpful across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Cohort Facilitation: Lead virtual workshops, mentoring sessions, or training modules tailored for international students exploring artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and digital literacy.
• Cross-Cultural Prompt & Response Evaluation: Design and analyze AI prompts and model outputs accounting for regional nuances, language variations, and international academic standards.
• Global Dataset Refinement: Curate, annotate, and review localized text datasets to reduce geographic bias, cultural blind spots, and hallucinations in large language models (LLMs).
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Communicate seamlessly across multiple time zones with global student groups, local coordinators, and remote project leads.
• Guideline Adherence: Ensure all international training materials and evaluation metrics strictly align with regional data privacy laws, ethical AI frameworks, and project rubrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Global Perspective: Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience studying, living, or working across different international regions or time zones.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to a diverse global audience.
• Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail when evaluating text, identifying cultural biases, and reviewing logical consistency.
• Digital Fluency: Comfortable leveraging virtual collaboration tools, remote learning management systems, and web-based AI platforms independently.
• Note: No heavy software engineering background is required; your cross-cultural communication, analytical reasoning, and global perspective are the primary competencies for this role.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
