Must-Have**
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- Strong front-end development experience using React JS and JavaScript
- Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, S3, EKS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM and CloudWatch
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Good-to-Have
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, Harness, AWS CodePipeline or equivalent tools
- AWS certification such as AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
- Experience with messaging, caching, monitoring and application performance optimization
