UX Design Leader (AI / Agentic Experience Design)

I am currently working with TCS and seeking for an UX Design Leader (AI / Agentic Experience Design)

• 12+ years in UX / product design, including 5+ years leading design teams for enterprise-scale digital products or platforms.
• Proven portfolio of complex enterprise experiences shipped end to end research, strategy, interaction design and measurable outcomes.
• Set the UX vision, strategy and experience principles for the enterprise digital and AI portfolio, and align them with business and product roadmaps.
• Lead design of AI-powered and agentic experiences — conversational interfaces, copilots, assistants and agent hand-offs — covering intent, feedback, error recovery, explainability and human control.
• Define interaction patterns for trust and transparency in AI: confidence cues, source/citation display, human-in-the-loop approvals, graceful failure and escalation.
• Drive a research-led culture — user interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, journey mapping and experimentation — and turn insights into prioritised design decisions.
• Own and scale the enterprise design system (components, tokens, patterns, guidelines) for consistency across web, mobile and embedded experiences.
• Establish UX metrics (task success, time-on-task, SUS / CSAT, adoption, AI response acceptance) and report experience outcomes to leadership.
