AI Law Firm - ECVC Associate - Remote

A fast-growing, technology-driven law firm is looking for a Corporate / ECVC Associate (2–6 years) to join its team.

This is not a traditional associate role. You’ll work directly with startup founders, take ownership of client relationships, and advise venture-backed companies from pre-seed through Series B.

What You’ll Do

• Advise founders on day-to-day corporate and ECVC matters
• Handle SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds, board matters and equity grants
• Draft and negotiate corporate governance and financing documents
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day legal adviser
• Work alongside paralegals, project managers and engineers to improve legal workflows
• Use and help develop AI-enabled legal technology

What They’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of post-JD experience
• Strong ECVC / startup corporate experience
• Experience across multiple clients and industries
• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
• Strong client-facing skills
• Genuine interest in startups, AI and legal technology
• Someone excited by the opportunity to help build something, rather than simply looking for another remote role

The Package

$200K–$300K base + meaningful equity

Fully remote. Must be U.S.-based
