Role: AI Software Delivery Engineering Coach

Location: Remote (Travel needed to NY/NJ)

JD:

We’re looking for an Engineering Coach who can raise the capability of our engineering teams across modern cloud delivery, DevOps, and AI-assisted development. You’ll work alongside developers, architects, and product teams as a hands-on mentor, introducing practical agentic AI tooling, strengthening engineering practices, and helping teams ship faster with higher quality and proper governance.
This role suits someone who writes code, explains complex ideas simply, and can persuade engineers and business stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud architecture, with recent hands-on experience building agentic or generative AI solutions on AWS.

Strong backend experience in Java/Spring Boot and/or Python, plus working knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks.

Deep AWS experience (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, VPC) and infrastructure as code.

Proven track record of mentoring or coaching engineers and driving tool or process adoption.

Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to teach through workshops, documentation, and video.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
