Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong HPSM (HP Service Manager) migration experience to join our team.
Critical Skills
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and HPSM
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation & customization
- Deep knowledge of HPSM data structures and service management processes
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub, ETL
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem & Request Management
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations & MID Server
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies & Workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HPSM → ServiceNow migration planning, design, and execution
- Perform data mapping, transformation, migration, and reconciliation
- Migrate historical and active Incidents, Changes, Problems, Requests, etc.
- Analyze existing HPSM workflows and replicate them in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB
- Conduct testing, validation, and data reconciliation
- Ensure migrated processes and data meet business and technical requirements
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
