Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced AWS L3 SME / Cloud Architect with strong expertise in AWS Infrastructure Operations, L3 Production Support, Managed Services, incident troubleshooting, automation, and cloud infrastructure .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise AWS environments, resolving critical production issues, maintaining operational stability, and providing technical and architectural guidance to customers and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 production support for enterprise AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot complex AWS infrastructure, networking, security, and application issues.
• Lead critical incidents and drive issues through resolution.
• Manage AWS infrastructure operations and managed services.
• Provide architectural guidance and participate in technical discussions with customers and leadership.
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Support HA/DR, cloud governance, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure security, availability, performance, and stability of AWS environments.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS Infrastructure Operations
• AWS L3 Production Support / Managed Services
• Strong knowledge of EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, Lambda
• AWS Security and Networking
• EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, SSM
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with DR & HA
• Cloud cost optimization and governance
• Automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting
• Git/GitHub experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• GCP experience
• Grafana / Prometheus / observability tools
• AWS Solutions Architect / SysOps / Security certifications
• CKA / CKAD certification

Important: Candidates must have 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong AWS operations/L3 production support experience. Profiles below 15 years will not be considered.
