📱 Senior Mobile Engineer | NYC | $160k–$200k + Equity

This isn’t your typical “maintain our mobile app” role.

I’m working with a high-growth consumer technology company that is building a new Growth team , and they’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to be the founding mobile hire .

You’ll have a big say in how the mobile experience is built across the entire customer journey — from first interaction → onboarding → purchase → subscription → engagement → referral .

And the product has already reached 1M+ families , with the business backed by $125M in funding .

What makes it interesting?

You won’t just be picking up tickets.

You’ll be:

→ Building features across iOS and Android

→ Working across Kotlin + Swift

→ Building subscription, onboarding, referral and in-app experiences

→ Working closely with Product, Design, Backend and QA

→ Owning experimentation, feature flags and event instrumentation

→ Helping shape the technical direction of a brand-new Growth function

→ Working with Kotlin Multiplatform + Compose for iOS

They’re looking for:

+ 5+ years building production mobile applications]

• Strong Kotlin and Swift

• Experience with Jetpack Compose and/or SwiftUI

• Someone who has owned projects end-to-end and is comfortable making decisions independently

• Strong understanding of concurrency, OOP and clean architecture

• A genuine focus on UX, testing and code quality

• Kotlin Multiplatform experience is a bonus.
