What You Will Do

• Architect and maintain a sophisticated design system and component library with clean APIs and comprehensive documentation for internal use.
• Develop custom CLIs, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines to drastically accelerate frontend development cycles and catch errors early.
• Define and enforce standards for state management, data fetching, and type safety across the entire TypeScript and React codebase.

The ideal candidate

• Offers 5+ years of professional frontend experience with a proven track record in platform, infrastructure, or design systems teams.
• Possesses expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a deep understanding of component composition and library architecture.
• Balances technical perfectionism with pragmatic delivery, focusing on creating intuitive abstractions that make other engineers more productive every day.
