Job Description
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the creative and the numbers side of marketing. You’ll shoot and edit our content, run our ads, represent us at home shows, and be responsible for generating a steady flow of quality leads for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Content creation: Shoot photo and video on job sites, before/afters, customer testimonials, and team spotlights
- Editing: Edit short-form video and photos for social media, ads, and our website
- Paid advertising: Run and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, We provide training
- Lead generation: Own lead flow from first click to handoff to sales; track cost per lead and lead quality
- Home shows & events: Plan, set up, and staff home shows and community events; follow up on leads collected
- Advertising: Manage traditional ads as needed (radio, print, mailers, yard signs, vehicle wraps)
- Online presence: Keep our Google Business Profile, reviews, website, and social accounts active and up to date
- Reporting: Report monthly on spend, leads, and results to ownership
Pay: From $57,800.00 per year
